Week prior to today I drove 30 min to check out the new 2461’s since website suggests in-store only. Not in stock but had them ordered anyway since I really needed them. Store had no problem charging me upfront, no accurate time on delivery, asked a few questions about the item but I don't think employees were familiar with it since I had to show them their website so info was vague. Called in today since it’s been a week and “it doesn’t look like they’re here, give it another week…” a poor resolution was offered so I cancelled and asked for refund. I wish time was on my side and I like to support local shops but it didn’t feel like the feeling was mutual. Since I was already taking a chance on those thread lites why not take it on something that’s ready and available, perhaps next pair…

Went into the store to pick up a pair of Iron Rangers in the Amber harness color and the associates there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service was given to me and it was very appreciated. Definitely will be going there to shop for my collection.

Waited there for 10 minutes after they opened up and nobody was here. While waiting went to the reviews and saw they had bad customer service and no warranties. Someone recommended Work Wear down the street not even a mile. Left Red Wing parking lot and came here and bought boots.

Unfortunately the service is horrible. A worker name Oscar doesn’t have any interest on doing his job the way of answering customers is like he doesn’t want to be there. He doesn’t welcome you or offer his services. The reason that we went is because we love the work boots.

Hank and Oscar are great ambassadors of a great boot company. You won’t regret paying a premium price for a premium boot. This is my third pair of Red Wings. My first pair I bought at a thrift store 12 years ago and they are still going strong, just put a little oil on once in awhile and they are good to go. Great job on your 50 years with this store Hank, keep up the awesome work!

Terrible service also they are "independently owned" so I was told they only warranty there boots because other then that they don't have your money
(If you need red wing boots they are great come in and try the fit but you are better off buying them online after you come in you will see why)
