Loved this place. The older guy works behind counter is outstanding, amazing, and just love him. He was very helpful and helped in every way possible this guy deserves a raise and promotion he definitely knows how to treat and respect customers and go above and beyond. Here few pics of items we brought from them. Purchased gray sweatshirt and peach sweatshirt and pink sweatshirt in picture. And more items I brought as well spent 215.00 and he was just awesome plan on coming back next year and see my buddy this place rocks

Whether you are new to the Outer Banks or a seasoned frequent flyer, Pirates Beachwear is where you want to go for hoodies, beach blankets, T-shirts, mugs, shot glasses, toys for kids, knick-knacks, and whatever you think you may need for the beach, souvenirs, and all that stuff stamped with the Outer Banks theme! Love this shop!

Lots of cheap stuff but check your receipt
I was over charged $5.
$19.99 for a $14.99 hat
It wasn't worth the $5 for me to argue but maybe a post here with a bad review will help them change the way they do business

I will say they have better prices than most shops in the area.. we ended up buying all our t shirts and other things from this shop.. granite we didn't go to every shop but this one is recommended..

We liked it here. One of my son's toys did brake almost immediately but that was a cheap toy from the front which we knew when we bought it. We got some cool items here like our shark sandals. Perfect for my swollen pregnant feet and easy to walk on the beach with.

This place was way too overpriced and had terrible customer service. You can buy a $30 sweatshirt and get a three dollar design on it but if you get a sweatshirt that has a design on it already and has a zipper it’s double the price apparently. Do me a favor and don’t go to this place.

This is my 4th time at the OBX and I've visited the pirates store every time since it's near our beach house. I always like coming here because I'm always greeted with a smile and I feel it's a one-stop-shop with everything I need. Some items can be a bit pricey, like the hoodies but I feel it's worth it for the quality, they're sooo soft!! I also like the fact that I can choose my own print!!!!! Definitely recommended to stop by!!

Prices are higher than the other gift stores around. The store isn’t as friendly atmosphere as you’d thing being a tourist place. They do have several things of ya don’t want to go to the main drag and drive a couple miles to the wings outlets.
